"Evaluated at" in Latex

Use \biggr\rvert. For example,

\int_{0}^1 x \, dx = \frac{x^2}{2}\biggr\rvert_{x = 0}^1

produces

There are also variations of \biggr: \Biggr, \biggr, \Bigr, and \bigr
